These are live events, workshops and retreats. You can expect the same transformative practices and compassionate approach you’ve come to expect from my online courses, with the added power of working in person and in community with like-spirited others.

How can we work together?

The options include one-off retreats, customised wellness and stress-management workshops and standard yoga for stress-management workshops. From time to time I open up one-on-one coaching opportunities, so if you think you might be interested in that, join my mailing list.

  • Custom workshops

    Let me design a workshop specifically for you and your team. My expertise is in using simple mindfulness, breathing and movement practices to help you better manage stress and take care of yourselves.

  • Yoga workshops

    I also teach group yoga and run specialised yoga and well-being workshops. Examples of topics for yoga and well-being workshops include: yoga & breathing for stress relief and improved resilience.
