We need you. No one else will do.

I want to live in a world where we all work together to find solutions to the big challenges facing the planet, where every person on the planet knows that their part in the big pictures matters and that their story needs to be heard.

I’m so tired of seeing amazing people – like you – being told that they are not qualified enough, not important enough, not educated enough, not famous enough to make a difference. I’m tired of hearing brilliant women (and men) tell me they don’t have anything important to say or do, or that someone else can say it just as well.

It’s not true.

No-one else will do. We are all in this together.

And we need you.

I want you to know how important your voice and your participation is for the future of our planet –and to I want you to have the courage you need to tell your story and play your part.

So, I’ve created 30 Days of Courage — a month-long program from women (and men) who have an inkling of the work they need to do in the world, and who need some space, guidance and encouragement to get clear and brave enough to do it.

The next round of 30 Days of Courage will begin on 24 March — and registration opens today!

Right now I want you to join me for a free series of interviews with Courageous Women – an opportunity for us to learn more about what courage looks like in women just like you and I — from all around the world.

It all begins next week — with my first Courageous Woman interview. You’ll meet Kate Swoboda, courage coach and creator of This Courageous Life. Kate is one of our guest teachers in 30 Days of Courage this session, and next week I’ll be sharing some highlights of her teaching.

Kate has been described as having “a beautiful gift for interpreting what’s really going on — a kind of clear courage that inspires more courage in others” by the brave and brilliant Danielle LaPorte (who, by the way, is also one of my featured guests in this course). I think you’ll love her. I also think you’ll find you have more in common with her than you might expect. Because I know that you are much braver thank you generally give yourself credit for.

Watch out for highlights of Kate’s interview next week – and please consider joining us for 30 Days of Courage – the world, your family, your community and your work need you to be at your bravest. And I can’t wait to see what you’d do with a bit more courage
