How I got on the self-care wagon. Then fell off. Then got on again.

(Warning: that’s a screen grab from the video, not the video itself. I know, tricky huh? Sorry! I couldn’t embed the video here, but you can watch it over here)

While I was in San Francisco I met the delightful Willo O’Brien in person after almost a year of online and phone conversations. I first met Willo when she did my 30 Days of Yoga course in January this year and we share a passion for finding ways to keep ourselves grounded and well while also flying high on the wings of our passions.

This is a constant process of learning and relearning – of falling over and getting up again – for me. But through those cycles I’m learning and if what I’m learning can help you, that’ll make the bangs and bruises all worth it.

Click here to watch the gorgeous video Willo made of our conversation as part of her cool WilloToons Connect series. We talk about the secret of getting back on the self-care wagon (hint: it is not self-flaggelation) and about the power of collaboration to keep our work honest, fresh and sustainable.
