‘Zen and the Art of Peacekeeping’ e-workshops
Are you just getting started on your world-changing, zen-peacekeeping, evil-ass-kicking way? When you look at my ‘past life’, do you think, ‘Damn, she’s done all the things I dream of doing!’
These are for you.
Do you have an idea of what it is that you want to do in the world, what you unique purpose might be, but find yourself stuck? Do you wonder whether the world really needs you? Do you find the idea of striking out onto your true path scary?
These are for you.
Have you found your purpose and your unique role in the world? It’s fantastic, but sometimes you forget to eat, sleep and exercise. You work until you collapse. Maybe you absorb the pain of the people you are working to help. Maybe you feel sad, angry, hopeless, or simply exhausted?
These are for you.
Through the ‘Zen and the Art of Peacekeeping’ series of occasional online workshops you’ll be supported by me and an awesome line-up of Zen Peacekeeping guests/champions to:
- Identify your unique purpose in the world (YES you do have one);
- Expose the fears and doubts that stand between you and your true path and use my fear and excuse-dissolving tools on them;
- Take stock of your resources and connect with your community of purpose;
- Clarify your vision and come up with a concrete plan for the short term;
- Transform your aspirations into a career in conscious service and social change; and
- Find the well-being practices that will sustain you, keep you grounded and well, while you do your unique thing in the world.

Current workshop:
23 November – 23 December 2012: Zen and the Art of Peacekeeping: Holiday Edition
This workshop focuses mostly on the last bullet-point in that list above: “Find the well-being practices that will sustain you, keep you grounded and well, while you do your unique thing in the world.” I am sharing the practices I’ve learned to keep my inner and outer peace under holiday pressure.
