My 30 Days of Yoga courses are about establishing compassionate practices of self-care and self awareness to support you on your path. A little bit of yoga every day will not only keep you well, it will also help you stay clear, connected and courageous – all qualities you need to do your great work in the world. These courses were initially designed to meet the needs of people doing humanitarian work in high conflict settings, but they’ve proven equally popular with people working in high-stress corporate settings and women juggling parenting, work and their own creative dreams.
