I launched my book this week.
Which left me very little time for curating interesting links from across the interwebs. So here is a very short (and utterly slanted) collection of good things:
Kimberly Rothwell, at the Dominion Post, wrote about Zen Under Fire, how I got started in human rights work, the complexities of UN work in Afghanistan and the erosion (and restoration) of my mental health.
Graham Beattie (book reviewer, former managing director of Penguin NZ) agreed with enthusiastic reports he had heard from others about Zen Under Fire.
And one link that’s not about my own book – but which is about women’s stories: in the wake of Sunday’s Academy Awards, Tara Mohr writes Dear Oscar, Women Have Stories, Too
