Photography + compassion = change

And now here is my secret, a very simple secret; it is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye. – Antoine de Saint-Exupery.

If you’ve never come across the work of my friend Jen Lemen, then this talk she gave recently (turned into a video by She Posts) is a wonderful introduction. If you know Jen, then you’ll know that you want to watch this.

I’ve found myself saying “love is not enough” more than a few times lately. Not sure when exactly my heart closed and worried that the key is lost. But this vid compels me to find a way to break it open again. Maybe it’s worth it after all.
    Thanks.
