Today I’m launching my new website with my first ever video post and a giveaway of my famous (in some circles, at least) “Yoga for Bloggers” video.
“Yoga for Bloggers” is an easy wrist and shoulder release. You don’t need to know any yoga to do it. Here’s what one person said about it:
“Marianne — I just did the “yoga for bloggers” sequence in my office and I feel like I’ve had the best shoulder massage.”
Gemma Gracewood, of the Wellington International Ukulele Orchestra, also tells me the video is perfect for touring ukulele superstars (I added the superstar part).

Joy Studios for all her work on this new site* and to my boyfriend (who, amongst other things fixed the colour on this video so that I look like a human being rather than a Nav’i) and my dear friends Alex (of the deliciously good Gypsy Girl’s Guide) and Jeremy for holding my hand through my very wobbly first steps in my new home. You couldn’t ask for better friends. I am grateful.

Yes! The wee Buddha is from Thailand. He joined me in my journeys in life while I was living in Afghanistan. I went to Thailand for a retreat and brought him back to the mountains of Afghanistan. Since then he’s kept me company in many different homes and it feels right to have him with me in my online home as well.
