Today I’m launching my new website with my first ever video post and a giveaway of my famous (in some circles, at least) “Yoga for Bloggers” video.
“Yoga for Bloggers” is an easy wrist and shoulder release. You don’t need to know any yoga to do it. Here’s what one person said about it:
“Marianne — I just did the “yoga for bloggers” sequence in my office and I feel like I’ve had the best shoulder massage.”
Gemma Gracewood, of the Wellington International Ukulele Orchestra, also tells me the video is perfect for touring ukulele superstars (I added the superstar part).

An old fool in paradise
Yes! The wee Buddha is from Thailand. He joined me in my journeys in life while I was living in Afghanistan. I went to Thailand for a retreat and brought him back to the mountains of Afghanistan. Since then he’s kept me company in many different homes and it feels right to have him with me in my online home as well.
I’m so glad you enjoy my writing and find it easy to read! That’s a great compliment.
What a joy to see and hear you! I feel like we’ve just about had a proper meeting now. (Well, it’s a bit one-sided, I suppose.) Congratulations and much love to you on this new part of your adventure.
